GSIH-RECON JV LLC is an SBA approved Mentor-Protégé unpopulated Joint Venture between GSI Hawaii Inc (GSIH), a Native Hawaiian Organization Owned (NHO) SBA Certified 8a small business and part of the GSI Family of Companies (GSI); and Remedial Construction Services, LP (RECON), a member of the Keller Family of Companies (Keller). The JV combines the depth and breadth of resources, and experience of both groups into a single entity to provide seamless project delivery for Environmental Remediation, Site Preparation, Mine Reclamation, and Decommissioning & Demolition services, with technical staff to solve and implement large-scale, complex remedial actions that require value engineering to develop approaches that will accomplish the desired results from an environmental aspect while assuring the health and safety of the workers, facility personnel and the surrounding communities. With GSIH as the managing partner, the JV is eligible for both small business and 8a contract awards, with no dollar limit on direct awards for the Department of Defense.
