GSI provides an environment that supports a balanced and healthy lifestyle. For regular, full-time employees, perks include:

  • Subsidized bundled medical/dental/vision/prescription plans the first of the month following your hire date; Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are also available (depending on your state) to help you pay for eligible out-of-pocket health/dependent care costs and to help reduce taxes;

  • Paid long-term disability insurance, long-term care insurance, and life & accidental death and dismemberment insurance along with a menu of supplemental insurance coverages first of the month following 90 days of employment;

Our company culture allows for close connections to foster between all of our offices, with many employees transferring to/from our main office in Hawaii.
